Connnectivity

The DCS408 provides up to 12 ports, IDSN connectivity to on-line services. Speed dialling, redialling, call forwarding when unreachable, and call pick-up which allows users to answers calls on behalf of collegues on their handset are some of the effective features of this product.

Ease of use makes external call diverts to mobile phones and local numbers possible.

Customization

A wide variety of handsets are available with the DSC408, from simple analogue and stand alone phones to fully functional digital LCD display keyphones. These keyphones offer 7, 14 or 38 programmable keys to meet the needs of individual users and include an interactive LCD display to enable users to get the most from the system.

A cost effective solution for users who require the call handling funtionality but do not need CLI or DDI information can make use of non-display phones while still ensuring individual extension and point of contact.
