Through the use of an international open communication protocol (Q-sig), telephone systems can be integrated across multiple locations and other existing legacy systems creating a high level of transparancy and cost effectiveness. This entails that everyone using the system across the connected sites can access centralised functionality inlcuding call forwarding, operator services, voice mail and automated attendant.

OfficeServ provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) which opens up a whole world of information and opportunities, by creating effective IP applications and reducing costs between linked sites.

All users are able to actively reap the functionality benefits (both standard and optional) for optimal communications solutions.

The OfficeServ 100 provides comprehensive system management reporting including data, costing, inbound and outbound calls. The system also allows for certain restrictions to be put in place to streamline usage and reduce overall costs.

A virtual port is another feature of the OfficeServ 100, with its own individual phone numbers and settings. Call transfers and exchanging saved information via the set relocation features are some of the solutions that can be implemented through the use of the virtual port.

WAN and LAN interface modules are installed in the OfficeServ 100.

WLAN allows for wireless office mobility for fixed network connections and Corporate Wireless LAN's. The Samsung Enterprise IP Solution gives you the freedom to run high bandwidth wireless data and voice applications together on the same network. Standard and combined Access Point services seperate data from voice as required.

LCD screens and navigation buttons in a user-friendly slim and simple digital phone design enables users full functionality usage of the system.
