Product Specification

Through NeoVoice, Talking Telecom deliver a trunk-based voice solution service to enterprises for the origination and termination of local, national, mobile and international calls. The Neotel product  encompasses two unique product offerings, namely PRI and SIP trunk. Each offering is tailor-made to suit individual business telephony system requirements.

PRI is a 30 voice channel service. These links are connected to the enterprise’s telephony system and enables the making and receiving of voice calls to, or and from any other phone within or outside of South Africa.

SIP Trunk connects an IP-based telephony system to the carrier network at a trunking level and does not permit the connectivity of single handset devices. An added benefit of NeoVoice is that it enables the channel count to be expanded as the need arises.

We understand that provisioning and repair times of voice services and telephony systems are critical for your business. Our provisioning time for our multiline voice service is split into two distinct components: core network provisioning and last mile provisioning. These voice solutions are designed to ensure availability and minimum downtime for your voice system.
